Ralph was wrongfully convicted of a heinous triple murder in 1982 in Philadelphia.
The notoriously corrupt prosecutor Roger E. King fought for the state and his presentation was rife with Brady violations, missing evidence and bold faced lies. Ralph has spent the last 40 years on death row in Pennsylvania. It is time for the truth to be known.
We are currently raising money for Ralph's defense fund.

James Richardson has lost over a decade of his freedom and despite injustices he has faced, he has been a model inmate throughout the 12 years of his incarceration. Prior to his arrest and conviction, he was a star high school basketball player at J.H. Rose High School, and went on to play in college and professionally. He mentored children of all ages and walks of life and has been able to translate that passion to positively impact the lives of inmates he is in contact with. He has maintained the same integrity even after his wrongful conviction and has made an impact even on the prison administration.

Andy was wrongfully convicted in New York in 1995. Strangely, Andy's co-defendant has been free since 2016.
On October 23, 2020 Andy was released on and home confinement pending a new trial. While this isn't the justice he deserves we are confident that this is the first step toward clearing his name.
Andy's re-trial is scheduled for Fall of 2022.
